Why hospitality is different
A transaction tells you what somebody bought. Hospitality is about understanding the guest relationship — who they are, how often they come back, and what brings them back again.

Why LoyaltyJuice
Earn, redeem, done. Nobody asks whether the guest actually came back — which is the only question that matters.
Traditional loyalty
Then nothing. The loop never closes.
LoyaltyJuice
And then it begins again — because the measurement feeds the understanding next time round.
Not retail loyalty reworded. Visits, stays, properties and experiences are native concepts here, not adaptations.
Your guest does not need another loyalty app. The card lives where they already look.
Loyalty mechanics are tied to actual return behaviour — not points accruing to no purpose.
Understands when an individual guest’s behaviour changes, against their own rhythm rather than a blanket rule.
Recovering from a bad experience is part of retention, not a complaint handled somewhere else.
The relationship across participating brands and properties, with each brand’s own record left intact.
Visibility for hospitality leadership across the business, without blending what should not be blended.
Points, stamps, gifts, offers, Nudge, campaigns, Wallet and analytics are parts of one platform.
The platform
Not separate tools bolted together. One layer knows the guest, one rewards them, one acts — and all of them read the same record.
Guest intelligence
Learns each guest’s own rhythm and tells you who has fallen out of it — with the reason, not a 30-day rule.
Select any layer to see what it does.
Capabilities
Every one of these works in the product today. None of it is a roadmap.

The flexibility of both.
Points and stamps in one programme, because the café inside the hotel is not the hotel.

Programme mechanics
A café needs visible progress. A fine-dining room needs a currency. A hotel needs both. None of that requires a different product.
Points
Guests earn against spend, and you decide what a point is worth.
250 of 400 until the reward
Stamps
The guest can see how close they are, which is exactly what pulls the next visit forward.
8 / 10 coffees
2 more until your gift
Hybrid
One programme carrying points and stamps — the café stamps, the restaurant accrues, and the guest holds one card.
Gifts & offers
A gift
The guest earns it. Recognition of loyalty.
An offer
You give it. A reason to return now.

Service recovery
Your most valuable guests are rarely the ones nothing went wrong for. They are the ones something went wrong for, who came back anyway. This is what makes that possible — and measurable.
The benefit is issued by somebody authorised to issue it, with a cap, an expiry and an audit trail — goodwill is not an open door.
A late main, a room that was not ready. It happens in every hospitality business.
They open the Loyalty Desk, find the guest, and record what happened.
A structured benefit with real validity and conditions — not a verbal promise nobody remembers.
They see it on their phone without asking for it, and without an app.
Not because you apologised, but because you gave them something concrete to come back for.
Was it redeemed? Did they return? The answer is recorded, not estimated.
Nudge AI
Your AI guest-retention manager. It does not write slogans — it reads each guest’s own behaviour, tells you who has fallen out of their rhythm, and explains why.
Example 1 — a single guest
Reason

Insight
Brand shift — not group churn
Brand A on its own would report her as gone. The group can see she has not left — she has moved.
Ask Nudge
Ask in plain language, and get an answer from your own data.
7 guests are past their usual return window and sit in the top 20% of 90-day spend.

How the parts connect
Loyalty produces the record. Intelligence reads it. Offers act on it. Wallet delivers it. Analytics closes the loop and feeds the next turn of it.
Loyalty
Every visit, stay and reward builds a real record.
Guest identity
The record becomes a rhythm that belongs to that guest alone.
Nudge AI
Notices when they fall out of that rhythm — and says why.
Offers, campaigns, recovery
A concrete reason to return, approved by a person.
Wallet & redemption
The guest comes back, and what you gave them is redeemed.
Analytics & attribution
What actually brought them back — and the loop starts again.
And round again — the measurement is the next turn’s data.
Guest journey
From a first visit to an attributed result. Pick the venue — these are genuinely different journeys, not one journey with the nouns swapped.
Ahmed — a restaurant in Muscat
Dinner for the first time. No card, no account.
Scans the QR on the bill and enters a phone number.
The card is on his phone before he leaves.
Each visit recorded at the counter in one tap.
A free dessert appears on his card.
24 days pass where 10 is his normal.
He appears on the attention list, with the reason.
A human decision, never an automatic send.
Sunday dinner, with a real expiry on it.
And the offer is redeemed at the counter.
The visit is tied to the offer that caused it.

Groups & Head Office
When the same person visits your restaurant, your resort and your café, they are one person — not three strangers. Head Office can see the whole relationship while each brand’s own history stays exactly as it was.

It grows with you
Brands, properties and outlets exist in the model from day one — even when you only use one of each. Adding the second is configuration, not a migration.
How it works
Eight steps, all of them working today. The loop closes — because a loop that ends at “we sent a message” tells you nothing.
The guest scans a QR.
The loyalty card is added.
Staff identify the guest at the counter.
Points, stamps or a gift.
Nudge AI observes the behaviour.
An offer, a recovery, a campaign.
The guest comes back.
The result is attributed to what caused it.
The region
Not a Western platform with Arabic added later. Designed in Muscat, for the way hospitality actually works here.
Questions
No. A guest joins by scanning a QR and entering a phone number, and their card opens in the browser. No app, no password.
Yes — wallet passes are built into the platform and are enabled per business once that account’s provider approval is complete. The browser card works either way.
A Gift is earned by the guest through their own behaviour — ten visits, or five hundred points. An Offer is given by you for a commercial reason, such as filling a quiet night. Both appear on the guest’s card.
An intelligence layer that learns each guest’s own rhythm and tells you when one of them falls out of it — with the reason. It sends nothing by itself; the decision stays with you.
By comparing the current gap against that specific guest’s usual return window, rather than applying one 30-day rule to everybody.
Yes. Brands, properties and outlets are part of the model, and a hospitality group can run several brands while each brand’s own history stays intact.
Yes, with each market in its own currency. Different currencies are never added into a single figure — an assumed exchange rate is not a finance number.
The guest experience and this website are available in Arabic and English, in both directions. Full Arabic for the merchant interface is still in progress.
The background
LoyaltyJuice is built inside Kays International, which has worked in hospitality technology from Muscat since 2006. What we know about how a restaurant runs a busy service, how a front office recognizes a returning guest, and where systems actually break came from that work rather than from a market study.
To be clear: the 600+ hospitality clients are Kays International’s, built up over two decades — they are not LoyaltyJuice customers. LoyaltyJuice is still pre-launch, and we would rather say so.
Founding hospitality partners
Before the wider GCC rollout. Founding partners work with us directly on programme setup, and shape what gets built next.
Your guests already came once.
Bring them back. Not just in.
